Butterscotch Caramel Dip
- ½ cup Mott’s® Applesauce Apple
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- In a medium saucepan, heat ingredients over medium heat. Cook until mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
- Transfer to a small bowl and let cool 15 minutes before serving.
- Use as dip for fruit, pretzels, or small pieces of angel food cake.
