Butterscotch Caramel Dip

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mott’s® Applesauce Apple
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, heat ingredients over medium heat. Cook until mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
  • Transfer to a small bowl and let cool 15 minutes before serving.
  • Use as dip for fruit, pretzels, or small pieces of angel food cake.
