Apple Colada

½ cup crushed pineapple in juice
½ cup crushed ice
¼ cup light coconut milk
½ tsp rum extract (optional)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Serve at once.

Applesauce Energy Bars

1 cup Mott's® Original Natural Applesauce
3 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1 cup dried fruit bits
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup melted butter, cooled
1 egg
Instructions
Preheat oven 350° F. Combine oats, flour, coconut, fruit bits, brown sugar, cinnamon and baking soda in large mixing bowl. In separate bowl, mix together melted butter, applesauce and egg. Stir applesauce mixture into dry ingredients until just combined. Spread mixture into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake 20-25 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool before cutting into squares.
Makes 24 servings.

Frozen Apple Strawberry Daiquiri

1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
2 tsp lime juice
½ tsp rum extract (optional)
sugar, as needed for glass rims
Instructions
Prepare glasses by dampening rims of glasses with water, then dipping them in bowl of sugar to create sugared rim. Place remaining ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into prepared glasses and serve at once.

Sangria Style Tea Cooler

1 black tea bag
½ each lemon, lime and orange, cut into rounds
4 sprigs mint
Instructions
Bring apple juice to a boil in medium saucepan. Remove from heat
add tea bag, citrus rounds and 2 mint sprigs. Allow to steep and cool. Remove tea bag and mint sprigs. Pour into pitcher and add fresh mint sprigs. Pour over ice to serve.
Makes 4 servings.
For Sangria Spritzer:
Pour equal parts Sangria Style Tea Cooler and soda water over ice in tall glasses.
