Mott's Healthy Harvest & IHRSA Work Out Major Spring Promotion

Stamford, CT – April 07, 2003

Mott's and the International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association (IHRSA) will unveil an exciting national promotion this spring, combining Mott's Healthy Harvest Apple Sauce and over 1,200 IHRSA clubs coast-to-coast. Healthy Harvest for a Healthier You is designed to raise awareness of a healthy lifestyle by providing incentives for consumers to purchase Mott's Healthy Harvest, an unsweetened apple sauce, with no added sugar.

Consumers will receive a free, 15-day guest membership at a participating IHRSA health club when they bring three proofs of purchase from any Healthy Harvest 6-pack to the participating club nearest them. The offer will be communicated via on-package design and shelf talkers in top grocery accounts during the month of May, which is national fitness month. The offer is good through the end of 2003. Healthy Harvest for a Healthier You will also be supported through print ads in the June issues of Shape and Men's Fitness.

Consumers will also have an opportunity to win fitness-related prizes including a grand prize of an all expenses paid four night trip for two to Canyon Ranch Resort and Spa in Tuscon, an Arc Trainer, a treadmill and a stationary bicycle all by Cybex.

The fitness equipment sweepstakes and most of the program implementation will be handled by Marketing Expressions, Inc. (MEI) the Des Plaines, IL-based marketing/ promotion agency, for IHRSA, along with Ryan Partnership, Mott's promotions agency.
