Summer Fruit & Veggie Ice Pops
Ingredients
1 cup Mott’s® for Tots Fruit Punch
1 cup packed kale leaves or any other leafy greens
1½ cups chopped pineapple
1 small banana

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor, then puree. The kale will remain in tiny pieces.
Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and freeze for 6 hours and up to 4 months.
Unmold and serve.
